Our Services

Litigation Support

Litigation principally boils down to the issue of asset division, cash flow, or both. It’s therefore important that you have a strong team of professionals working toward maximizing the economic benefits or minimizing the economic losses in your lawsuit. AKA has a depth of experience in litigation support related to personal (marital) dissolutions, business ownership disputes and dissolutions, trust/estate and probate disputes, curatorship and guardianship issues, and economic loss recovery suits. The professionals in our firm have experience in working through "the clouded waters" to clearly identify the financial issues in a given case.

We are available to testify, we have testified as both expert witnesses and advocates for our clients.  We have a familiarity for the courtroom and depositions that eases the concerns of the court and the attorneys. We understand that our job is to educate the parties involved including the judge, jury, or opposing counsel, and we make every effort to communicate financial concepts in ways that are easily understandable to the layperson.
